AIR-1
AIR-1 anemometer is a device designed for measurement of air flow velocity. The measurement is possible in bidirectional mode and therefore the instrument is suitable for usage in ventilation shafts, corridors and similar objects. The device is using ultrasonic technology for obtaining the air speed value. AIR-1 anemometer is allowed to use in explosion endangered zones including mines undergrounds and other industrial facilities. The anemometer is build in a form of attachable instrument which can be mounted by a connector directly to higher level device or can be used at remote location and mounted on devices handles and connected using specific cable. The instrument doesn’t contain any indication element therefore the higher level device needs to be use to obtain a measurement result. Communitation between AIR-1 and other systems devices is executed using RS485 bus. The instrument uses internal microprocessor circuit for collecting, processing and transmitting data.
